G.S.P (Gel Spun Polyethylene) is by far the strongest thread on the planet. Distinct from other brands, Veevus G.S.P. thread has been designed with a slight twist preventing it from opening up, and thereby making tying with it a breeze. It lays completely flat and is the smoothest thread to spin hair with. Veevus is the first to offer 30 denier GSP, the lightest in the market. Each spool contains 75m which is 60% more thread than offered by others.

Good stuff

Seems similar to Semperfly nano silk. Not as expensive. Flattens and splits well.

Tough as it gets.

If you have to crank down on a streamer or lean into it when spinning hair, Veevus GSP is the right stuff.

Since I discovered 30D...

Since I discovered 30D I use it for most of my flies (3/0-12).
I like that itâ€™s small and strong. White can easily be colored with markers. A word of caution, when coloring with markers donâ€™t put superglue on the thread as it will turn a brownish red.
