1560 Traditional Nymph Hook

The Daiichi 1560 Nymph Hook has quickly become one of my go-to hooks for tying reliable and effective nymph patterns. The 2X heavy wire gives me the confidence to target larger trout without worrying about bending, and the 1X long shank is perfect for a variety of classic and modern nymphs.

Daiichi hooks aren't #1 in my experience; but for the price. they're quite a good option and maintain a good level of strength.
These hooks in particular have caught me a lot of fish, but as with all subsurface flies would find their way onto the rocks and wood, I did notice they'd dull rather quick or even break occasionally after extended use.
