This Daiichi fly fishing hook has an Aberdeen (round) bend, straight eye 3X long shank and standard wire; Uses: steamers, bass flies, large dry flies, poppers. *Size 1/0 -12 per pack, Size 1 is 15 per pack 2-6 is 20 per pack.
Really good gap and proportions. Just about perfect. Haven’t fished it yet - just tied with it. Re: thinner wire, I could feel it flexing a bit when I was tying bulkhead deceivers with GSP and strong thread tension (mainly when putting the last stack of bucktail on the tip), but I never once actually bent it. I’d trust it with a trout for sure.

Great streamer hook for bass and trout. A little fine in the wire. This is one of my favorite rear hooks for articulated streamers.
