I am not a fly fisherman and never wanted to be one. But I am a seed bead jewelry maker who's been on the hunt for a perfect beading thread for several years. Closest I ever came was a Fireline 4# I bought from an online jewelry supplies company, with whom I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade. But, ah, covid. Prices soar and supply dries up. Then I found uni thread 3# test. Like spun cotton candy. It's thicker than I want it to be but so compactable inside even the tiniest beads and I absolutely sail through my projects. My needles don't get stuck in strands of unmoving unyielding "professional" products known as industry standards. I cannot say that about any other thread I've ever used, and as it turns out, a little Vaseline tames even 220 denier and eliminates snags almost completely. Wish you guys advertised in seed beading markets; they could stand to know about uni threads! Alas, for now it will be my tiny but huge competitive secret. I'll be ordering regularly...thanks.
