Although I tie some trico and BWO dry patterns, I’ve fallen in love with the bend of the hook for nymphs. I really love me it for zebra midges, top secret midges, and similar flies. The size 20 is great to get some smaller midges tied, as well.

Amazing hooks. Very strong, and they’re not lying when they say stupid sharp. Love the wide gape as I think it gives the hook more versatility, and I personally prefer the black nickel finish on most flies. Can’t beat the price for the number of hooks per box either! I purchased in sizes 8 and 14 to try out both larger and smaller patterns, and the hook works great for both. Planning on purchasing more in the future!
