These work, but could be better. I used to have one that had little dimples on the inside of a narrow tip. They were a better tool!

good bead holder
This is a good bead holder. The bead holding holes are a bit back from the tips. This could cause a problem for very small beads. Also, I have to think to not put pressure on the handles as this will open the tips with a drop of the bead.

Nice little tool!
Works well by placing the bead in the palm of your hand and picking up the bead with the tweezers. Works well on very small beads.
