The BioStrike indicator putty like material is very buoyant and highly visible. The one drawback would be on warmer days its best to check it every ten casts or so and squeeze it together around the line preferably under the water, if the river is cold, or it will fly off on a cast and float away. It is very easy to change the positioning of the indicator material which leaves only a tiny bit of residue on the leader, which can be easily wiped off. I use this product 90% of the time that I fish with a indicator.
