Chewy Worm Chenille is a yarn constructed with a soft fluffy core with Flex-Floss fibers to give it a spiky appearance. Small sizes are 3mm in diameter. Medium sizes are 8mm in diameter. Large sizes are 12mm in diameter.

As the name suggests, Chewy Worm chenille is a great material for dressing Worm style flies. It works well with Caddis patterns and can even be used as body material for Streamers & Lures
I got the small size chartreuse and olive brown and tied up some peeping caddis just like in the video. Also got some black to experiment with for body material on wooly buggers.

Ordered this product to tie Crawfish and hellgrammite patterns. Potential goes beyond these patterns.

I haven't fished this yet-so the 4 stars-but I like the way it ties for a heavy San Juan worm, which is what I wanted! Anxious to try it with heavy spring waters.
