This stuff is amazing. Your flies will look incredible as well as be much faster than dubbing over and over. You can split the fiber in two for smaller nymphs (I use the whole fiber for size 16+ and the small fiber for 20-16) but it is a bit fragile when you split it in half so don't yank on it.
You can also brush it out for a buggier look and it's so durable that it won't pull away the thread from the hook at all (and it won't expose the thread underneath like traditional dubbing can do!)
