This Medium-Viscosity formula is wonderful for coating bodies and creating a deep protective gloss. You can also use it to build fly fishing heads and bodies. The viscous formula won't run and is easier to work with for many fly-tying applications. Tip: Apply indoors. Irradiate with intense UV light for ONE SECOND. Wait 15 seconds. Irradiate again for one second. Wait. Complete with 30 full seconds UV light. This technique will reduce heat & shrinkage.
I like the medium viscosity because the thick is, well, too thick. The medium is nice for building body on surf candies or other such patterns. Then finish with thin and bone dry for a perfect look.

Great for streamer heads
I use medium Solarez to build baitfish heads on synth-hair streamer patterns, with 3D eyes. Makes a very durable head and performs great. Cures tack-free.
