I have a lot of fun using these popper kits. The paint job on my first popper looked hideous, but the bass/bluegill didn’t seem to mind. I plan on ordering the saltwater kit next...bigger flies, bigger bass i hope! If you've never tied poppers before, I'd certainly recommend.

These folks are wonderful. Makes a beautiful bug. Bought popper, hooks, and eyes from here. TC#8 body plus hook.

These are fun to work with. The TCS #8 is perfect for bluegill. The hooks are top quality. Make sure you have an emory board to clean up the rough edge around the from end. Ive used sharpies and acrylic paint with good results. Finishes well with UV resin.
