J2 230 3X Long Nymph Hook

I specifically like the 230 hooks for Chernobyl Ants, GFA Hoppers, and small woolly buggers. I've used most models of JStockard hooks for a few years and have not been disappointed . Good temper, true to size, very sharp, and great price. All the ones I have bought compare favorably to much more expensive brand hooks.

excellent all around hook... very similar to the old standard Mustad 9672 but with a smaller barb and sharper out of the pack point. Extremely versatile for nymphs, woollie worms, woollie buggers, small streamers, hoppers, muddlers, chernobyl ants, GFAs, on and on. A great all-around hook for trout, panfish, bass flies. Buying more now.. I've found them to be very sharp and consistent hooks, very nice matte gray color which blends with almost everything, and well tempered but not brittle.
