Our bobbin rest/holder assembly can be added to any 3/8 inch diameter, standard, vise riser. It consists of a cross bar mount, stainless steel rest and adjustment bolt. Quality @ a great price. Extends 7" max reach.
Works as expected. Haven't used it much, but will see a lot more use this winter when I'm trying flys. If you need a place to move your bobbin out of the way while you are performing some other tying task , this is great. I would recommend this product.

I can't believe I...
I can't believe I haven't bought this sooner. Just during fitting it to my vise and testing the proper placement I was excited that it looked like it was a third hand holding the bobbin out of the way. The amount of adjustment that there is awesome. I can't wait to actually use it while tying
