Take the old Mustad 94840 hook (what do they call them now, R50?), throw a wide gape on it, shine it up and you get this hook. I like 'em. Great for big bodied flies, prevents the materials from blocking when trying for the hook set. Strong as most partridge are, better point than most partridge (sharper). Decent hook, I use 'em, give them a try.
