This product has a great density of fibers, they are finer than PFY and they fluff up really well. I am using them for caddis wings and they work great. Pics are of Polar Bear and Smoke.
Absolutely thrilled with the Neer Hair I received! This stuff is top-notch quality. The texture is perfect, giving my flies an amazing look. It seems to be perfect for the dry fly and emerger patterns I tie up! Plus, it's incredibly durable. I only got the polar bear white but I plan to order other colors next time.
I'm surprised I am the first to write a review on this great product. I read an article on this website "Fishing Situations and Parachute Post Color "by Joe Dellaria and decided to try it. I bought red, orange and white to post up my parachute flies based on Joe's article. All summer I could see my flies using the different colors and then tried the white for spinner wings. Neer hair floats, so great for both applications. It's easy to work with and I highly recommend you try it!
