PR380 Texas Predator Hook

When I first started tying weedless, keeled craft fur baitfish patterns, I avoided these hooks because of the high cost. The bass hit my fly like crazy, but I was missing three fish out of every four strikes. I was using a more affordable brand of hook, and when I tried these Ahrex hooks, I was able to set the hook much better, and started landing those fish I was missing before. The hook made all the difference. I'll bite the bullet and buy these hooks from now on for that particular pattern.

Been using these for a while now and found them a great sharp and tough hook, makes a great snag proof option for my cod fishing. Not cheap but good quality never is!
