Premium Selected Bucktail

These cost at least $10 more than they should. Long hairs top out at a paltry 4" (I wanted to tie Pop Fleyes). Tips are malformed from being stuffed into a plastic bag that was too short. Very, very generous usage of the term 'premium' and 'selected' here. Slightly better than "rolling the dice with Hareline", as they say, but there are much higher quality and less expensive options on the internet - I'm just not telling you where.

Based on the other reviews, I'll have to strongly disagree. First off, I'm an avid saltwater angler - I've seen lots of bucktails over the years, tons. I can't find very much fault in these. Yes, the price is a little up there but, unfortunately many things are these days and I wouldn't be surprised if more bucktails from other suppliers start climbing! Secondly, the amount of hair on these tails (at least the ones I've purchased) are amazing. I can't remember the last time I purchased a bucktail that was so well prepared in terms of quality and quantity. The colors are somewhat limited but, whoever is dyeing these knows what they're doing.

I purchased a Fulling Mill Premium Select Bucktail expecting premium quality. Nothing in the description mentioned that these bucktails are on the small size of bucktails, I'll be returning this product for a full refund
