Thompson Style Whip Finisher

This finisher works perfectly, I almost like it more than the other style for the smaller dry flies.

I use both types of whip finishers. I prefer this finisher when tying dry flies. The design helps to keep you from catching hackle fibers under the threads as you finish the fly. Takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it it finishes the head very nicely.
