TMC 2488H Heavy Nymph Fly Hook

Personal favorite for midges and scuds. Works well with beads.

Best hook for midges IMO. They are thicker b/c heavier wire. Hook ups can be helped by pinching the barb.

Nice for small wet nymphs, scuds, sowbugs, etc. To me, they seem to be a little stronger than the regular 2488s, which I also like. Still appear to move well, especially in heavier current.
