XT050 Stubby T Fly Hook

Got a pack of sz 10 and tied up some stubby chubby chernobyls seeing as this is what the hook was primarily designed for. Those are definitely going to be my go to once the weather warms up. They can even make a good caddis imitation for the early spring caddis. Anyway, I did test them out on the water recently just messing around and actually managed to get a few to take. It's a great hook and even with them debarbed, they hold the fish well. Didn't lose any takers. I recommend this hook, but keep in mind it is a specialty hook. The sz 10 shank is closer to a standard dry sz 14 with a big gape. They are a short hook, but perfect for what they're designed for.
